Course Policies Pro Newborn Care™

Everything you need to know before you enroll. Pro Newborn Care™ is committed to transparency, fairness, and protecting your investment.

In-Person Training Policy

At Pro Newborn Care™, we are committed to maintaining a high-quality educational experience with limited class sizes to ensure personalized instruction and hands-on learning. Because seats are reserved in advance and training materials, scheduling, and instructor preparation begin prior to each intensive, the following refund policy applies to all in-person training programs.
Deposit Policy
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
A student's seat is not guaranteed until the required deposit or full tuition payment has been received.

48-Hour Cancellation Window
All students have 48 hours from the time of purchase to request a full refund, provided the request is submitted before the applicable city refund deadline below. This window does not apply to purchases made within 14 days of the scheduled training date.
Cancellation Deadlines by City

New York City:
Students who cancel at least 21 days before the start of training may receive a full refund of tuition paid minus a $75 admin fee.
Students who cancel between 7 and 20 days before training may receive a 50% refund of tuition paid, excluding the non-refundable deposit and minus $75 admin fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled training.

All Other Cities:
Students who cancel at least 30 days before the start of training may receive a full refund of tuition paid, excluding the non-refundable deposit and a $75 admin fee.
Students who cancel between 7 and 29 days before training may receive a 50% refund of tuition paid, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled training.

Cancellation Requests:
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@pronewborncare.com.
Transfers and Rebooking:
Any student may transfer their enrollment to a future training date one time within 12 months of their original course date, subject to availability and approval. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing at least 14 days prior to the scheduled training date.
Failure to attend without prior written notice will be considered a forfeiture of tuition with no eligibility for refund or transfer.

Missed Training and No Shows:
Students who fail to attend without prior approval or written communication will not be eligible for refunds, credits, or transfers.

Course Cancellation by Pro Newborn Care™

Pro Newborn Care™ reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a training due to low enrollment, instructor illness, emergencies, weather events, or unforeseen circumstances.
In the event of a cancellation by Pro Newborn Care™, students may choose either a full refund of tuition paid or transfer enrollment to a future course date.

Pro Newborn Care™ is not responsible for travel expenses, hotel accommodations, lost wages, or other costs incurred by students related to course attendance.

Conduct Policy.
Pro Newborn Care™ reserves the right to remove any student whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, inappropriate, discriminatory, or interferes with the learning environment. Students removed due to conduct violations will not be eligible for refunds.

Online Course Policy

Digital Course Access and Refund Policy:

The Pro Newborn Care™ Online Certification Program is a digital educational product that includes immediate access to proprietary curriculum materials, videos, downloadable resources, and course content.

Due to the nature of digital products and immediate content access, all online course purchases are final.
No Refund Policy: 

No refunds, chargebacks, or partial refunds will be issued once a student has enrolled in and accessed the online course platform.
By purchasing the course, students acknowledge and agree that course materials become immediately accessible after enrollment, digital content can be viewed, downloaded, or retained, and the program contains proprietary intellectual property and educational materials.
For these reasons, Pro Newborn Care™ maintains a strict no-refund policy for all online course purchases.

Course Access:
Students will receive access to the online course materials for the access period stated at the time of enrollment. Access is intended solely for the enrolled student and may not be shared, copied, distributed, recorded, reproduced, or resold.

Intellectual Property:
All course materials, videos, manuals, downloads, worksheets, presentations, and educational resources are the intellectual property of Pro Newborn Care™. Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, distribution, recording, or resale of course content is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of course access, certificate revocation, and legal action where applicable.

Certification Requirements:
Enrollment in the course does not guarantee certification. Students must complete all required coursework, assessments, and program expectations in order to receive a certificate of completion.

Student Conduct:
Pro Newborn Care™ reserves the right to remove students from the program for harassment, disruptive behavior, inappropriate conduct, academic dishonesty, copyright violations, or misuse of course materials. Students removed due to policy violations will not receive refunds.

Technical Issues:
Students are responsible for ensuring they have reliable internet access and compatible devices to participate in the online course. While Pro Newborn Care™ will make reasonable efforts to assist with platform-related issues, refunds will not be issued for technical problems related to a student's personal device, software, internet connection, or user error.

Policy Agreement:
By enrolling in any Pro Newborn Care™ course or training program, students acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all policies, terms, and conditions. Questions? Contact us at info@pronewborncare.com.
